A pause when you swipe. A text instead.

When the videos on TikTok or Reels start piling up, Interlude adds a short pause and offers you a short text to read.

59 texts from 1 to 10 min: science, history, psychology, money, tech, philosophy, body, relationships and well-being.
A quiz after each text, to remember what you read.
Your daily video limit, and a week that gets better.
